We will personally tour your property with prospective tenants to gauge their intent, quailifications and performance potential. Once an offer comes in; we will discuss the options moving forward based on our experience and provide advise to you based on the current market conditions.

Landlord Representation

We will research and analyze your property, review the comparable properties from the market and come up with a marketing strategy for the types of tenants we want to attract to bolster the property against market cycles. We list and market our listings across several large industry leaders, to local networks & associations, as well as our own curated tenant lists. We will personally tour your property with prospective tenants to gauge their intent and potential of performance. We can provide some listing site performance reports upon request. Once an offer comes in, we will present it to you, discuss the pros and cons of the terms with advice on how to move forward based on our experience and the current market conditions. 

Tenant Representation

We will assist in gathering all of the listing details from the property owner and provide other reasonable resources to help you get a head start on your Due Diligence. When you are ready to submit an offer, we will run through the required terms needed to present the Landlord with a professional offer. Come preppared! We will ask you for a business plan, a resume/biography of your experience that lends to your business, and your financials for the landlord to qualify you as a new tenant. Our goal is to make the landlord want you in their building

Cooperation with Receivers

A Receiver is a person appointed by the court to manage a business or property. When a judgment is made against someone and they fail to comply with it, or parties cannot agree on a resolution; a Receiver may be appointed to take control of their assets, so that they can be sold and the proceeds given to their creditor. When this happens we are able to work with the Receivers to facilitate the complexity of such property sales.
